Cottage Grove Renovation

From January 2000, through May of 2001, Cottage Grove went through a major renovation of all 9 cottages and the barn.  Along with new knotty pine walls and pine floors in each cottage, the units were updated with new kitchenettes and bathrooms.  It was a also a major infrastructure upgrade with new Title V septic systems, underground electrical and phone lines and new water lines. We also installed custom fencing throughout the property and spent many hours cleaning up the property and landscaping.   Below are some pictures of the original cottages along with pictures that show the process of the renovations.
